Sanele was excellent, smooth and gave as much information as He could. only if the other people I've spoken to in the past 2 weeks had been as informative maybe I wouldn't have had to call 2-3 times a week asking more or less the same question.

22 Nov 2021, 08:50I submitted an application of which was approved in the 8th of November and I was told to await contact from a courier within 3-5 days then was told 7-14 days and no one had bothered to mention before that if the parcel isn't received in the first 10 days it indicates that the product is out of stock and will need to wait for possibly 20 more days until I can get my device. I don't mind waiting but I think it would be. more helpful if I'm alerted as to why and how long will my wait be
