MTN - good knowledge of packages

Minenhle Buthelezi was very helpful. He knew all the MTN packages and what it entails. I have been paying so much more even though my handset is already paid. He gave me goop options and advised me what I can do. Before this I spoke to 3 employees from MTN who could not assist me with the basic knowledge of these plans.
