MTN Delivery issues

I have been approved for a contract 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for my cellphone. The courier company tells me they are waiting for mondo to change my address as mondo incorrectly (not by my request) sent my order to Johannesburg, when i am in KZN. I spoke with the courier company they use and was advise that they cannot re-route a parcel without approval from Mondo. It is taking more than 1 week and at least 15 calls and my address has STILL not been changed with the courier company. Extremely terrible service from Mondo!!!
