Mtn contract upgrade not honoured
I recently upgraded my contract through Mondo rewards. The promotion indicated the following: Xiaomi Redmi note 12 wireless earbuds wireless charger MITV stick I received the Phone sealed in a box with the cable charger. I did not receive the accessories. I have been calling Mondo every week and the only response that I get is that they are escalating the matter to their manager. This is becoming really frustrating. Please can I have the recording for my contract upgrade.

06 Jul 2023, 17:35Hi. I prefer to be called by a manager or exec as I did receive a call last week stating that delivery of the items will be organised with us this week. There has been no further progress and no call back. This is utterly ridiculous that I have to experience this for items I have paid for.

02 Aug 2023, 10:46Hi. Till date I haven't received any calls from Mondo. I am receiving items in drips and drabs, I now have my TV stick and earbuds which I haven't received a charging cable for. I Still haven't received the Wireless Charger.
