MTN and Mondo ****ming me
I bought a phone from MTN through Mondo on the 11th October 2023 through a contract, I was told that I will receive the device 3 days later. After that I have been calling them everyday seeking feedback unfortunately nothing and they have already sent 2 Debichecks which they've deducted the first payment and the seconds one will go through on the 1st.
Mondo and MTN are becoming ****mers with bad services and empty promises.

25 Oct 2023, 08:58You are lying that is not true, you have been giving me back and forth for 2 weeks now, I even asked to change the device to 15 Pro Max whilst the stock was available and you said your sales team will contact me but that never happens.
You are all promises but never delivers to that, you have the been saying to me that a sales consultant will contact me. No one has contacted me till today, I am disappointed on your services.
