MTN and Mondo acting in contacention of the POPIA Act
This company is acting completely in contravention with the POPIA Act. They are contacting me for copies of my ID, certified copy of 3 month bank statements, copy of my residential address and payslip to confirm an upgrade to my MTN contract that I have NEVER app**** for. This is extremely shocking and the fact that MTN allow them to act on their behalf ior even represent them is even worse! MTN needs to stop and look into their behaviour urgently. This needs to stop!!!!!
