I was going to cancel my upgrade Sim contract when it was due for upgrade which is now for September but the lady who spoke to me was fabulous. She was so patient with me listened to all my concerns and answered my questions to the best of her ability which was great. I've received such great customer service from her that I recommended her to suggest to her boss that they should have a rating at the end of each call and I would have given her a 5 star. Due to her being so polite and with the great customer service I then extended my contract with Telkom. She is the best. I forgot her name since it was some time back but she should remember
