On Friday the 11th December I was assisted by a female consultant known to me as Umishka DeoNarain from Umhlanga Durban KwaZulu-Natal. Although there was power shedding but speaking to this lady made up for the entire miserable day.It's unbelievable. She was beyond words can describe polite to 200 plus % patient, explained every detail to me regarding my telkom contract and I was dumbfounded wondering how could a person be so accurate in all fields of questioning, so brilliant and somebody beyond applaud able.
