Guys i app**** for mondo sim deal last month and R149 was debited from my account on mondy 30/05/2022 and i receive de sim card on tuesday 31/05/2022 and i was sent an emaill dat my sim card will be activated within 24 to 48 hours now it about 68 hours and my sim card is not open im so angry and i call them today at 9:00 they promise that they will call me before their close i call them again the same lady answered and i requested for the most senior manager and i was directed to him and he promise to call me before their close at 16:00 and i write this message it is 17:30 and the senior manager has not call me yet and my sim is not activated mxm i have too buy data because on weekend their dont do activation of new sim.
