Most useless company.
The most useless company and by far the worst customer care service there is. 5 months of hell to solve a problem.

I've spent hundreds of rands contacting your useless customer care only to be placed on hold for 20 min at a time and still to this day nothing has been done or resolved. It gets escalated and passed on to the next useless, *********** and most unhelpful "customer care consultant with the one excuse after the other. GIVE ME A CALL!!!!!!!
