Months without my refund.

I was sold what sounded like a great deal by a customer sale agent over the phone agreeing to a MTN sim. Once I received the sim, only to find out that it was not what I had signed up for, so I called and emailed to cancel the contract within 3/4 days of receiving the sim which was within 14days of their cooling time. This happened in August 2021. Mondo continued to debit me for roughly 3 months after that despite calling every month to complain about why I am I still being debted for something I am not using?!?

After they had stopped debting me, from last year tilll now *May 2022* +7months of requesting for my refund, Mondo/MTN have failed to pay my refund. Thinking about the amount of effort phone calls, emails and time I have spent trying to get what is rightfully due to me makes me boil with rage!!!!! I have comp**** with everything that they have requested from me including sendung bank statement to prove they actually have debit the money, there has minimal to zero communication from both parties regarding my matter, no matter how far I escalate it. This bad review from my side is long over due, and have been more than patient with them. I NEED MY MONEY AS IN YESTERDAY!!!

I even have two reference numbers.

Not only are they deals now worth it but they have a horrible service.
