Mondo/Rewardsco... Maybe start by choosing one name

I honestly don't understand what is their purpose. When you have issues and call them, you either never get through or hold the line FOREVER. Mind you, it is not a free toll line. I can't even comprehend why they don't have an office because their call centre is frustrating and only operates Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm.

Let's not forget that they work with MTN and yet if you buy a device online, MTN doesn't want to get involved and send you packing to Rewardsco, who just like MTN, are useless and unreliable!!

PS: Mondo & Rewardsco is the same thing.
