Mondo/Rewardsco is Big ****

If you’re thinking of taking a contract and you’re told that Mondo will do the sales on behalf of MTN/ Vodacom or whichever other network that they do sales. I regret taking a contract though them because they work with another company called Rewardsco. If you check Rewardsco Facebook page on their post about MTN on July 04, 2020. Read the comments on the service that they provide, it’s totally disgusting. I took an MTN data contract through them which I cancelled within the 10 day period but it has been months trying to cancel it and they’re telling me that the matter will be escalated. I got billed by MTN for data that I didn’t receive. I’ve been calling, sending email and anything possible to get their attention but nothing has been done, both at Mondo/Rewardsco and MTN.
