Mondo/Rewardsco: A nightmare company

Don’t deal with Mondo/Rewardsco to handle cellphone contracts. They told us they were calling from MTN, which isn’t true, they **** on the phone about the phone I was to receive in the contract, then the incorrect phone was delivered. Afterwards, we found out they didn’t even stock the phone they promised and confirmed with us. They also told us that we had to drive around to drop the incorrect device off at a store, and still that didn’t resolve the issue that is the result of their dishonesty and mistakes, not ours. It’s taking unbelievably long to cancel the contract with these people. They lie on the phone to secure sales and are a nightmare to deal with as they have no accountability and do not resolve issues.
