Mondo/MTN
I app**** for a contract with MTN via Mondo. The contract was for a Home Wi-Fi connection but to my surprise Mondo only gave me the Simcard and I found out that I was suppose to receive also the Router because the Simcard is allocated specifically to a certain HomeRouter.. Now I can't cancel the contract @MTN even though I never received the Router and the Sim card never worked but they are still billing me for services I don't get from them
