Mondo You guys are awful
These guys are so pathetic … honestly don’t understand why you exist if there’s no reason to .. got a phone contract upgraded with these idiots on the 7th October and till now no phone was sent or communication.. it’s just i’ve escalated or no stock . IF YOU DONT HAVE STOCK DONT CALL CUSTOMERS TO UPGRADE..Honestly if these guys phone you for an upgrade TRUST ME JUST GO IN STORE it’s much easier
