Mondo Worst service provider

Mondo who is affiliated with MTN sold me two contracts. When I was first contacted by Mondo they offered me what's was advertised on their brochures, which was unlimited data, 1000 minutes and a samsung S21 FE cellphone. I was happy with that and took two contracts. When I received the phones and sim cards, I had endless problems since then. I subsequently received R230 worth of airtime and 18gb data. I complained and nothing was done. It gets worse, now they took away the data and MTN says that it was a once off Data bundle, yet I had it for two months. I've left numerous complaints with MTN, who is also pathetic in their services and they are now sending me back to Mondo, which is also of no assistance coz they refer me back to MTN. Mondo agents will do anything to make a sale. You will never get to speak to a supervisor and they will go on to tell you that they listened to the voice recordings and I am wrong. Which is a lie and I know what I've been sold. I am now reporting them to ICASA. Please don't use Mondo. The reviews are bad and so many others are paying the price
