Mondo Vodacom ****

A Mondo Representative THIEL called representing Vodacom Rewards offering me a real cool deal as he informed me as I was a long standing member of Vodacom and having had my number for a long time I was in fact part of Vodacom Platinum Clients. He offered me their Christmas special for Platinum Clients which in fact was new two contracts and not upgrading my existing numbers. As a pensioner I do not need four mobile numbers. He said he would confirm the deal via email or sms which never happened. He never once mentioned 2 new sims in the audio. I am in possession of the audio confirming the utter nonsense. Neither Vodacom nor Mondo will resolve this matter outstanding since the beginning of December 2019. Mondo Number ***
