Mondo (Vodacom) not executing to their promises

I have contacted Mondo (Vodacom) to return a product that was sold to me with false information. They very friendly agreed to process the return. The courier company was going to contact me asap and arrange the pickup. I have contacted Mondo 4 times since then and every time they assure me that they will contact the courier company to arrange the pickup. This has been over a month and nothing has been done
