MONDO - ********* SALE

Telephonic sale and sales data contract agreement. The contract deal was for unlimited Vodacom data with a line speed of up to 300mbps @ R499. When receiving the quoted invoice, it was nothing like the sales agreement at all. Mondo easily entice a person into ********* contract (Bad faith, contract not as per the concluded agreement), yet you, Mondo make it very difficult to assist and resolve contractual issues. There is no call back, no telephonic engagement or escalation process to resolve extremely alleged bad practice that I am currently involved in. Mondo is a horror story and my advise to prospective clients is not do any business with this company. Mondo also do not inform the service provider of cancellation so money gets deducted by the service provider. STAY AWAY FROM MONDO CALL SERVICE CENTRES, NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL SOUNDS. THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE, A VERY BAD AND HORRIBLE ONE.

********* sale by Mondo and ******** deduction by Vodacom, is this legal at all? Just had R499 deducted from my bank account by Vodacom, this after Mondo Sales Agent indicated that the first payment will only be done at end of May 2022.

How can cell network organisations be associated with a business such as Mondo that are doing ********* sales agreements? This is my second bad Mondo experience relating to sale agreements and strongly advise others not to do any business with Mondo, no matter how good the sale is.
To date, no call from Mondo to resolve this matter, this is very bad and it is an example of the level of the nightmare customer PR service by Mondo and how we are being taken for a ride.

What business process do Vodacom have in place to ensure that agents like Mondo do not exploit sales agreements? How do Vodacom prevent unauthorized deductions from customers bank accounts? In other words, what checks and balances are in place to prevent this?

There should be greater accountability with organisations that are not honouring their sales agreements and also for organisations who are associated with such business who enters into ********* sales agreements. It is important that businesses honour their sales agreements and not use cancellations as an open door to jump ship out of the agreement without accountability.
