Mondo unable to close or delete an open order causing me to not be able to upgrade
I have unsuccessfully been trying to get Mondo to close my order K ********** for 3 weeks now. The order was delivered successfully in April 2018. It must just be closed so that I can do an upgrade but this open order is stopping me. I have tried several routes with no luck. Mondo keeps on sending me back to Vodacom who keeps on sending me back to Mondo.

31 May 2019, 17:18I am now at my wit's end. After being promised an upgrade today, Mondo fetched the unopened software that I did not ask for (delivered in April 2018). I thought that I could now finally upgrade, but to my absolute disgust Vodacom now says I can only upgrade in Feb 2021 and I owe then R900. Mondo, come on, get your act together. You have been messing me about for a month.
