MONDO: The barometer of best customer service.
I am completely happy with the customer service at Mondo. You never fail to provide efficient service, always a happy smile, patience and kindness, willing to speak in layman terms for those of us not technological. Portia (not the first time I've dealt with her) never fails to deal with any issue regards my Wi-Fi. Well done.
