Mondo/Telkom Selling us lies
<p>Mondo is full of ***** they will do and say anything to sell their products. The sales person said I would get a phone and 1Gig of Dats every month that was a whole lot of lies instead im getting 75mb. The call centre consults are rude and guve false information. I was told i could return the phone within 7 days now they tell me ill have to pay R2000. I hate this company and as a result i will never ever trust anything to do with telkom ever again. Im so angry and dissappointed. Phindile Zondo working at Mondo Mhlanga Ridge is so rude and Malisha gives false information misleading me. </p>

Iam still waiting for my 425mb of data to complete the 500mb due to me. Why does Mondo sell us lies. I called Telkom and they said a 1Gb data plan foes not exist. Where as the girl that sold me the phone told me Id be getting 1Gig. Im glad ya'll record the telephone conversations because I will use that as proof when I take Mondo to the National Consumer Commission SA. You lie to ur customers just to meet your targets sell us dreams and deliver nothing. If I do not get whats due to me and what I will be paying for, for the next 24months ill take this up with my lawyers.
