Mondo - Telkom nightmare

Mondo-Telkom phone to offer me a mifi router package, which was delivered after few days. The agreement was, I will be allocated 10GB Telkom network, 500MB all networks and 500MB night surfer. However, I have never received the 10GB. I've been calling the client call center but I can't seem to get any assistance.
