Mondo Telkom Deals - do not fall for it!! Go to Telkom directly!!!

<p>Well I dont accept cold calling marketing I was very Interested in the Telkom Deal, however....Its taken just over three weeks to receive the Sim - after I had to phone and enquire on the whereabouts. As a debit has already left my account!</p> <p>Now the sim has arrived and I was promised it will be activated in 24-48 hours, well...it's day six now.</p> <p>Does Telkom know of the seriously bad service and reputation this company is giving them?</p> <p>Not to mention their call centre number is never answered - total cost of calls now R180.</p> <p>Telkom helpline unable to help as nothing has yet been registered with them.</p> <p>Finally tracked their regional office number - and after finally getting a response all I was told that they would send a mail to the activation dept - no help -no urgency - todate no success.</p> <p>Totally disgusted with this service and company.</p>
