Mondo Sucks Big Time...!!!

I took out a MTN cellphone contract with Mondo in August 2023 immediately after i got the phone 2 weeks later the sim card did not work i called in a couple of times and was told to make a sim swap and contact them again they will register the sim it has been 5 months later after me calling them every single week because the sim is not yet registered and does not work and the bad thing about this is every single person i talk to is giving me the same sob story they will do their best with helping me but never calls back i eveb asked them to let me speak to a manager but the same USELESS send me a test email and never did anything after that i want to cancel this contract but scared my Credit Score will be effected i Urgently needs help i have spend hundreds of rand by calling and all my benefits i haven't gotten and i know i will not get if this case is resolved.
