Mondo called to sell me a data and minutes for an agreed amount only to see end of the month that R369 additional hadd been taken, I opened a complaint and they advised the agent had tampered with her mic when presenting the actual price. Very disappointing and still wating for my refund and after all this and asking to be put back to my original package again they took the funds out of my account again. Would not recomend this company to anyone.
