MONDO ****!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! HANG UP THE CALL!!!!
I was contacted by Mondo on Friday stating that I have NO choice but to migrate my contract to a lower package and that I will get more value for less money. The agent ****med me into believing this and Vodacom has no clue how or why it was changed. Mondo had caused my bills to quadruple and added additional recurring DATA to my account which was not even mentioned on the call!
