Mondo / RewardsCo / MTN - ********** Contract **** - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Mondo (RewardsCo Durban) added two cellphone contracts to my MTN account without my permission over the last month. I never requested them to be added and have never spoken to their call centre. I only noticed the contracts when I received my monthly MTN invoice.
Upon contacting them to inform them of this, I was repeatedly cut off.
Tried calling back and I am unable to speak to anyone, phone just rings.
What a ********** ****.
