Big thanks to the Mondo team for excellent service! I just love speaking to these operators - they are always knowledgeable, patient and friendly. They totally take customer care to the next level, explaining all their offers and answering all my questions. I block all other call-centre calls but will always pick up for them. I find that speaking to one of the Mondo operators much easier than viewing the offers on the website. Thanks again Mondo!
