MONDO Representative exceeds expectations

After a 2 month nightmare originally started by a Vodacom Rewards Representative at Mondo ended on a positive note today when SERUSHA from Mondo took a personal interest in my case and liaised with Vodacom to rush through the credit for the incorrectly sold two new contracts and encourage them to lift the suspension on my current mobile lines caused by the arrears. SERUSHA made regular calls to me during the day to keep me informed of what was happening and personally called Vodacom to intervene on my behalf. Once lines were opened by Vodacom she called to check if I was able to make calls. This woman gave me a level of confidence that Mondo can deliver as they were happy to go through the process with me today. THANKING YOU personally SERUSHA. Well done. You made me so happy today.
