Mondo poor service delivery

I ordered a Telkom Sim Card from Mondo and the agent called me on the same day to arrange the sale.. The debit order went off on the 25th of August then i had to follow-up with them as the tracking option on their website couldnt locate my application. On the 8th of September my Sim was delivered, 14 days after payment was done. I have sent emails pleading with them to provide me with the service they promised me.. To date my sim has not been activated. I only received an email that they have escalated my application, i wonder if this is how they operate or am i now a victim of a ****? I do not know if the service i have been promised will still happen. Its almost a month now and feel very violated in the fact that what was promised to me and what i am going through just to get what i paid for.
