Mondo Poor service

so after my last review Mondo called me daily to give update. Long story short MTN handed me over to legal. Mondo on the last review stated that they would send me notification/letter stating issue was resolved with MTN. 01/04/2021 Account status :MTN contract is cancelled and account deactivated. Mondo send email to MTN to remove me from Legal. NO FEEBACK FROM APRIL. if i don't follow up with them, to which Mondo consultants respond we will get back to you. Up to date no response from the last time i called them 03/05/2021 whereby i was told Manager (Suhana) is dealing with MTN directly and issue has been escalated and the will keep me informed on a regular basis , still nothing. Any how please advise if MTN has removed me from legal. if yes , i need document/ email from Mondo stating acc has been sorted and my name is removed from legal. Murida ***

I've been calling Mondo on a weekly basis and both managers Suhana and Maranda never comes back to me with any feedback. they always busy and promises to give feedback, but still nothing.

06/03/2023 I’ve been on line for the 3rd time this morning with Mondo (this time I’m on hold for 30 min already after consultant says he’s opening my profile. the other 2 before just dropped the call on me. so basically, I’m still awaiting Miranda to issue me with a letter stating that I’ve been removed for legal and that my MTN acc balance is 0.00. oh, called dropped to x3 this morning. so please do not send me massage saying it has been escalated I’m tired of that BS story. I want Marinda to call me direct and at the same time send me the letter.

Please note that Mondo is a trade partner to MTN, due to this, MTN assists with cancellations and credit.

MTN is currently working on removing your details from legal.
