Mondo Package

I ordered a Telkom deal package from Mondo Telecommunications op the 31 October 2018. I received my sms quite quickly. I received my package and although I did not receive the full package, I was informed about the change, and when I had a issue with my router, I had 2 very helpful call center assistance. Think Perceverence helped. I am and was surprise with theire assistance, as I read so many bad reviews but even after I finished the call, she phoned me back again. Thank you very much and for the help I received and the updates. I have not had any bad or misinformed communications thus far.
