Mondo online MTN sales

On 27th October I bought an Hyawei Y63 online on contract from these guys. Within days it malfunctioned. I called, cancelled the contract and they collected it. It was received bybtheir warehouse within 2 weeks. Ever since I have been begging for answers and an explanation on why i have been billed for a phone I do not own. It is still on my name. The next billing date is coming up ..again, countless emails have been sent and the only answer I get is...as soon as the warehouse confirms the phone is there, it will be taken of my name. It's been two months...nothing has been doneand I paying for nothing!
