Excellent service by Nicole Nair from Mondo!! sometimes you get a call centre agent that does not even want to resolve your issue but this girl defused my livid state of mind and she personally sorted my problem out and email and phoned my on my cell phone to inform me the problem was resolved. Desperately need more agents like her!!
