Mondo mtn refund

On the 8th of June I requested for an mtn premium home internet 35,Mbps contract on line which I accepted over the phone,I was made to pay R881 upfront,(R499 for July and R382,57 pro rata for June the agent explained)the next day on the 9 the a device and card were delivered ,but the device could not switch on so I was adviced to take both device and card it to the nearest shop which I did the next day hoping a replacement router will be ordered but was then informed the whole deal had to be cancelled and I will receive my full refund and the process will take 21 days fair enough after one and a half month the contract not a contract was finally cancelled and I requested for my refund and after a lot of mtn has to do the refund,mondo has to process the refund I eventual received R499 ,,so where is my R382,,, mtn refers me to mondo and mondo refers me back to mtn its like that for over three month but all that I want is my money or at least explain what it is I'm paying for that I know my way forward,,,
