MONDO MTN

I phoned to cancel my contact since I had 10 days to cancel and I was told it will take 7 to 14 days to cancel I was even given the tickets number to show that my cancellation will be made...to my surprise today I received an invoice from MTN that state that the money will be debited

please before taking a contract with MONDO be sure of the package that they selling to you before you agree on anything -i was told sold a lie only to find out that all that was sold to me is totally different
