Mondo -MTN do not take this contract

Hi there, i took what is advertised as a month to month contract, i paid R520 and on the 4th of June i logged a request to cancel. On the 14th of June it was collected and today, i have received a text saying my contract will be cancelled on 07/10/24. Please explain how 21 working days got to that
