Mondo MTN contract, poor customer service and not reliable

Mondo MTN contract, poor customer service and not reliable, they delivered wrong items and I returned their items and I cancelled the contract, but is been 8 weeks now and the contract is still not cancelled, I followed up every week and consultants always lair that the issue is been escalate to their manager, and now my bank account was debited. And they claim it takes 14 days to cancel the contract but for me is been 8 weeks and is still not cancelled. Tomorrow again I have to follow up

Now my MTN prepaid number has been blocked for the contract that is been pending to be cancelled for weeks and is not my fault.
