Zaheera, the consultant, was friendly, courteous and very helpful. She took the trouble to inform me of every step during our consultation, with a promise to keep me posted on the process hereafter.

What I appreciated was the friendly chat while we waited on some processes to be concluded. That made the engagement so much less stressful for me. She also outlined possible reasons why my process had been delayed with a promise to keep me informed should there be any other issue that needs my attention.
