Mondo MTN agents are a ****mers

Mondo MTN agents are a ****. I app**** for a phone, but it was only approved for a SIM — something they never informed me about. I only found out through another agent while I was still waiting for the phone. However, she said she couldn't assist me with cancelling it.

To this day, I have not received either the SIM or the phone. Apparently, the data was loaded to a number I don't recognize. When I contacted MTN customer service, they told me to call *** to cancel the contract, but no one answers that number. I’ve been calling with no success.

At the end of the month, I received a statement saying I owe MTN. Today, I was called to update a contract, and when I tried to explain my issue to the consultant, she hung up on me.
