Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic.... Signed up with MTN on MTN's website got assistance with checking coverage with a huge struggle we received out Router (5 days later) , connected for not even a day and then nothing. Phoned MTN because we signed up with them , only to find out that this is one of Mondo's services . Was told that there is no coverage in our location after being informed we can use the router at our place of residence. Mtn advised that we can cancel and request for a refund as we did not actually use the router (this was 5/7/2025) we are now at 11/07/2025 , I have been calling since Monday 7/7/2025 , using the customer care email address even tried the WhatsApp number NO COMMUNICATION , NO ASSISTANCE !!! as if Mondo is trying to extend the cancellation as i see on their website they have a 14day return policy. How can you return something if you do not receive any communication from them, Now I have to sh#t out money to get another service provider who can actually assist with home internet , and not a word regarding the cancellation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANIES!!!! waste of time , patience and money.

MONDO I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!
