Mondo Mobile most Unprofessional Sevice Center

I got a call from Mondo Mobile saying that they call from Vodacom and offer me an early Black Friday deal. They stated that the laptop that was on offer will be delivered to me within 3-4 working days. Right after the call I received a message that said that all stock is sold out and that they will deliver when they received more stock. I phoned them to ask how long will I have to wait for the order to be completed because there is a contract that I will have to pay from the end of the month. The noise that came from that office in the background was as if their offices was based in a taxi rank, I almost couldn't hear a word that the operator was saying. The ladies in the office was screaming, shouting and laughing so hard that I had to ask the operator to quiet them down because I could not hear what she was explaining to me. That didn't help at all! They just kept going. Needless to say I cancelled the order with them, because if the call center is so unprofessional how will their service be throughout the three years of our contract.
