Mondo Mobile is an ********* company.

I have been waiting on this imbecilic company to correct my account which they have stuffed up completely.

They offered an early upgrade and the agent never advised that they will be requiring an early cancellation fee. To my shock I was hit with a R14 500 billing statement form MTN and logged a complaint immediately. MTN did not assist even though Mondo is their service provider. I have had to call back and forth for over a month and the only response is that they confirm the mistake was made by their agent and I am not liable for the amount. MTN continues to send me the statement request payment and that they will suspend my account if payment has not been received within 30 days.

Mondo has no where I can lodge a complaint and the agent advised I do it here, how on earth is this company operating. My ref is RCO405734 and have been advised more than 3 times to wait for 7/14 days for correction on the billing and reversal and it's been over 30 days.

I want to be migrated back to my prior data package as the current one is even depleting my anytime data when streaming Youtube even though I have a separate bundle for it. MTN claims this is not the case, but I have sent them the proof.

This is unacceptable and poor service at its peak.
