MONDO MOBILE
I am so unhappy with Mondo mobile. They called me laste last year when I was due for an upgrade, their sales consultant even **** and stated that she was from MTN. Then then upgraded my SIM without my consent. I now need to upgrade my line with MTN, only to be told Mondo mobile upgraded my line last year. I called Mondo and they agreed that I did not authorize the upgrade, BUT now I need to wait for 7 days before they can reverse my upgrade, for the mess that I did not create. I am very irritated with them, for the fact that they pretended to be from MTN and also messed my upgrade.
