Mondo mobile are *******!!!

Do not trust them! They phoned me about 5 months ago and offered me a wifi contract and i took it. Waited 3 to 4 weeks for the package, when i finally got it, it wouldn't work becuase it didn't have signal. Even though i asked the consultant if we have telkom coverage in my area . I Phoned and cancelled the contract and sent it back with a courier they sent and for the last 3 months they've been taking money from my account and the worst part of all is that i cant even phone them because thier lines are always too busy and it doesn't help sending them an email because they just wont phone you back!!
