Mbuso gave me the best service yet on Mondo ,tried for almost 6 months to get my refund after I was **** to by the customer service agent selling me a laptop on contract .Mbuso stepped in and saved the day ,he promised to follow up on my refund which was done and called me back to send my bank statement .He further promised to hold my hand until my refund is saved in my bank account .Thanks Mbuso .
