MONDO LEAVES BAD TASTE

Saw a cellphone deal online and app**** for it. Lady called me within 5mins. She wanted to complete the application but I asked her to explain the deal first. She was irritated but told me I have app**** for a contract at R399 pm. I told her that I made an application for a R259 pm contract. She told me I must be mistaken. I told her I took a screenshot and will confirm details with her. I checked the adverti*****t and confirmed the offer is at R259pm x 36. She told me there is no such deal. I asked her to explain what she does have available even at R399 pm to consider going ahead. She mentioned what MTN package is available with it. I then asked her to explain any other charges and she proceeded to cut off my call. Very disappointed with this service. Was actually considering taking out 2 of these contracts for my daughters.
