Mondo issue causers
So Mondo called as a Vodacom deals seller offering me a contract which I agreed to take as it is a good deal but they couldn't inform me that there is an issue I need to sort with vodacom first and they just processed the order and then it caused a lock of 60 days on my account at vodacom. Now they not doing anything from their side to fix this after I was at vodacom fixing everything from my side so that I would be able to get the contract and been on the phone 2 days straight with vodacom and also this place. I have sent mails I have sent messages to Facebook page and the auto response is that mondo is working with limited staff which I think is not the case, I think they are closed and not working. I will be phoning vodacom again today and I do hope that vodacom will start looking at the issue properly.
